Gear up for a fantastic new school year! Join us at our Back-to-School Basecamp to get everything you need before our students begin their journey to the 2026-2027 Mustang Summit.

(Families will arrive at staggered times within this window, Alphabetically by last name) 

1:30 PM - 2:10 PM: Last Names A - G

2:10 PM - 2:50 PM: Last Names H - O

Roster Ridge (Class List Check-In): Check in with our Basecamp Guides at the MUR! Once your annual registration is confirmed, you can head inside to discover your explorer's class and teacher for the year.

Registration Rescue (Aeries Support): Having trouble navigating your Aeries registration? Don't worry! Our tech volunteers are on standby to help you get your family’s annual registration submitted.

The Trail Guides (Join the PTA!): Want to help chart the course for an amazing school year? Stop by to meet our current parent volunteers, learn about our upcoming events, and officially join the PTA expedition!

The Outfitter's Tent (Spirit Wear): Get a jump on your back-to-school wardrobe! Grab the latest Weller spirit wear so your explorer can show off their school pride on the trails all year long.

The Gear Exchange (Uniforms & Giveaways): Make sure your student is dressed for the trek! Stop by our Uniform Exchange and Giveaway tables to swap sizes or pick up what you need for the school year.

Trailblazer Chalk Notes: Help us pave a positive path for our students' first day! Grab some chalk and leave an encouraging, colorful message on the blacktop and front area for our explorers to read when they arrive for day one.

The Provisions Post (Staff Snack Donations): Help keep our trailblazing staff energized! Drop off your snack and beverage donations here to help us stock the staff lounge for the upcoming trek.

Campfire Kindness Grams: Spread some warmth before the year even begins! Stop by to write a special Kindness Gram for a staff member or student. We will deliver these messages of encouragement on the first day of school.

The Summit Selfie Station: Commemorate the start of our next great adventure! Gather your crew, strike a pose, and snap some fun family photos at our selfie station.
