General Info & Reminders

    • DO NOT BLOCK gates or drive through

    • DO NOT PARK ALONG THE RED CURBS

    • We have two parking lots - one on Boulder Street at the main entrance of the school and one on Dixon Road near the MultiPurpose room.

    • Only let your students out of the car in a safe drop off spot. DO NOT let your students out of the car in the middle of the parking lot or street.

    • Please use the marked crosswalks.

  • An illustration of a prescription form and a medicine bottle.If your student has a medical condition, such as asthma or severe food allergies, and requires medication to be kept at school, an authorization to administer medication form is required. The form is to be filled out by the doctor prior to bringing in your student’s medication.

Prior approval is required for students to participate in school sponsored trips. Your child’s teacher will provide you with a field trip form. If the field trip requires volunteers, adults must complete an Excursion/Field Trip Waiver and Medical Authorization form.
