Due Monday, January 4, 2016

With the holidays upon us, it's a great time to engage in converstations with your student about family history. Your student will be tasked to complete five (5) assignments over the next month that will get them talking with family and asking questions. Below are some resources that may be used to aide your student in this project. On the left in the Locker, you will find the handout and outline for the project. Get creative and happy talking! :)

Jack Emery Food Drive

Jack Emery has started. The school has a goal of 1,675 cans and $950 to collect. As a class, we figured out each student would need to bring in at least 3 cans and $2 to help us meet our minimum goal. Of course, the minimum isn’t good enough. We want to help as much as we can. If you can help with any canned food (non-expired), it would be greatly appreciated. Help us meet our class and school goal. Donations will be collected until December 11th.
